Nathan Zommer is Founder of IXYS Corporation, has served as a director since the firm's inception in 1983, and has served as chairman of the board, president and CEO since March 1993. From 1984 to 1993, Dr. Zommer served as an executive vice president. Prior to founding IXYS, Dr. Zommer served in a variety of positions with Intersil, Hewlett Packard and General Electric, including as a scientist in the Hewlett Packard Laboratories and director of the Power MOS division for Intersil/ General Electric. Dr. Zommer received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Physical Chemistry from Tel Aviv University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Steve Darrough is Vice President of Sales & Marketing Worldwide at Zilog. Steve joined Zilog in 2008, and his responsibilities include management of the Zilog marketing presence from brand to product development and driving strategic campaigns for demand creation and growth. Steve possesses more than twenty years of technical engineering and marketing management experience, leading branding and marketing programs. Prior to coming onboard with Zilog, Steve held marketing management and technical engineering roles at Intel Corporation for over 14 years where he led several teams, driving new technologies directly relating to current products initiatives and evangelizing new technologies and accelerate adoption.

Alan Shaw is Zilog's Vice President of Operations. During his 18-year career, Alan has served in multiple engineering and management roles in the semiconductor industry. His experiences range from individual contributor roles in product engineering to management responsibilities as the Director of Engineering for TSK USA (Accretech) and Zilog's Director of Quality & Reliability. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and an MBA from UOP.

Mr. Staab joined Zilog in 1999 and previously served in various product development roles, managing several of the company's high-profile product development programs. David possesses more than thirty years of engineering experience in design, CAD, test and product engineering, as well as program management. Prior to Zilog, David held management and engineering roles at both start-up and established companies including Peregrine Semiconductor and Advanced Micro Devices. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
